Hello everyone!
I'm zuraini and I am from Malaysia. I teach English to Diploma students doing nursing. I have been with this college for almost 4 years now. I am 38 by the way and I have been teaching english for 13 yaers now starting at primary level. Well, about the english teaching here at PNC International college of Nursing and Health Sciences,Malaysia(need to market the college a little!) it is mainly to encourage the use of everyday english in their life.The medium of instruction of all subjects are in English and the mastery of the language is really important. This is where my problem lies! I have to teach aq large group of students,100 per session!! Yes, believe it.So,I need you people to give some ideas to make teaching the language more effective. And I am the ONLY English teacher!!! So, please help.
