Well, my UE buddies must be hungry, it's time for another costa rican meal, let's check the menu, please :up:

Cantones rice (some kind of recipe created by Chinese immigrants, this combines rice with bits of steak, shrimp, pork, etc, believe me, it's yummi, yummi, yummi), fries and salad.
Soon I'll post some vegetarian dish, for the coming Love Fest! ;-)

I just want to write down a line or two about the new US president, Barack Obama.
I followed, like most of the Italians, his campaign since... well since our media started talking about him.
I though US wasn't ready for a coloured president. I though tradition (the bad one) would win again just because Obama was Afro-American.
I'm happy I was wrong.
Yesterday evening I just wanted to know what was going to be. (♪I asked my mother what will it be...♪)
This morning I was scared as... as... well, I was scared indeed.
At 7:45 am (GMT+1) I found out that Barack won.
This is the proof, as the new President of USA said, of democracy's power.
I want to thank the people of US, for they have proved that changes can happen, for they have told the world We really can!

By the way I'd like to announce my candidacy as class president.
My motto will be... Maybe I can! or Could I please?

OK, the motto thing is just a joke, I can't be serious for a whole post :roll:.

Wish me all the best, I always wanted to be class president (and being the vice like I am know isn't the same thing).
