What does 'cya' mean?

I was playing games with a good friend.
He said 'cya' then get offline quickly.
So it's just like 'goodbye' or etc?
I asked my translator, but it says 'Cyprus' or 'Cyclosporin A'...
 
It's not meant to be read phonetically or as a single word. You have to separate it into "C" (pronounced the same as "see") and then "ya", an informal way of saying "you".

C Ya > See ya! (Goodbye)

Maybe there is something wrong with my phonation. I think cya is pronounced just same with seeya. (But I didn't thought about the 'ya')

Note my corrections above.

That's exactly our point. You are supposed to read it as "seeya" but someone who doesn't understand that fact might read it as "kyah" or "see why eh" or similar.
