[Grammar] Is the phrase "at the cheapest price" able to abbreviate to "the cheapest"?

I tried it too for the sake of experimentation. I searched "most cheaply" (including the quotation marks) and limited it to Google Books. I got 41,500 - fairly similar to The Parser's result.

The title is not grammatically correct. It should be either "Is it possible to abbreviate XXX to YYY?" or "Can XXX be abbreviated to YYY?"
