The above sentence textbooks problem teacher solved the answer in the lecture, but is it alright to use the phrases 'There is(are)' and 'passive form' to express it like the sentence below without being grammatically awkward?

→ I will sell the book which is in the basement.
→ The book which is located in the basement will be sold.


I will sell the book there is in the basement.
There is a/the book where is located in the basement will be sold.
There is books where is located in the basement will be sold.
 
Somebody went out of their way to create an unnatural sentence. What is the lesson being taught?

#1 and #2 are OK, though I'd use that rather than which.
#3 is very awkward.
#4 and #5 are completely wrong.
 
I consider it extremely unlikely that I would say any of them. What reason would there be for that?
