This is an entry from my diary. Please check it and correct any mistakes.

Yesterday, my dad had a cataract surgery. Before the surgery, a nurse told me that my dad's blood test had showed that he had gotten a MRSA infection, a bacteria resistant to some commonly used antibiotics. Since it has no cure, she recommended us cleaning everything that he has touched every time. I don't know if I remember to do so every time, so I will buy my own cutlery and kettle.

At least the article is now correct before a "c". However, we would say either "my dad had cataract surgery" or "had an operation to remove a cataract".
Before the surgery, a nurse told me that my dad's blood test had showed shown that he had gotten a got/picked up MRSA, infection, a bacteria an infection that's resistant to some most commonly used antibiotics.
The present perfect of "show" is "had shown", not "had showed".
Since it has no cure is very difficult to treat MRSA, she recommended us cleaning that we clean everything that he has touched he touches every time immediately after he touches them.
There are some antibiotics that can be used to treat MRSA.
I don't know if I will remember to do so that every time, so I will buy my own cutlery and kettle*.
Whilst I can see the logic of saying that you'll buy your own stuff, it would make more sense to say that you'll set aside a collection of cutlery, crockery and other utensils solely for your dad to use.
(It would be a lot less hassle (and expense) to just remember to wash things he's used. Of course, it would be even better if he cleaned everything himself straight after he's used it. That way, you and your mum don't have to try and keep tabs on what he's touched.)
