Giving us the context of phrases helps us help you.

What does your teacher say is the meaning?

not a teacher

The term "couch potato" seems to date from the mid-70s and initially referred to people who spend a lot of time sitting on the couch, watching TV and eating junk food. It has become more generalized in meaning to include people who are habitually inactive and lazy.
There is a discussion of "couch potato" here: etymology - What is the origin of the term "Couch Potato"?

Yes, It is:
Mo More Couch Potatoes!

Here 's a way for parents to move their snack-eating. TV-watching children from the famiy sofa: a bicycle connected electrically to the TV. To see their favourite shows, the kids have to pedal

About 55 percent of American adults and more than 13 percent of young people ages 6 through 17 are overweight
Research shows that young people are watching to much television and eating too many snacks at the same time. many of them are not getting enough exercise. Formal exercise programs do not help much because it is difficult to get to a gym or playgound regularly, particularly for young chldren with working parents
As a result, scientists are looking for home-based ways to get kids moving. David Allison, the inventor of the TV-cycle" believes that scientists should look for imaginative ways to encourage physical activity. he also suggests charging money to ride an elavator. This way, more people will use the stairs!

so, the title 's meaning is: No more people who addicts to watch television ?

For me, the title is a way of saying "Here are some ideas to avoid there being any more couch potatoes (in the future)" or "Here's how to stop your children from being couch potatoes".

It's the same as "No More Nukes!" That doesn't mean that there are no nuclear weapons these days. It means "We don't want nuclear weapons to exist now or in the future".

See post #5 where it was clearly explained and a link was given. As far as I know, "couch potato" only has one definition.

Yes, I saw that, and it means: "lazy people" ?

It means exactly what it said in post #5.

Your teacher did not say "No more lazy people" is incorrect. Your teacher said "There is no lazy man anymore" is incorrect, and in that she is indisputably right.
