Hi, I would appreciate it if someone could help me by editing this Whatsapp message.

Dear all,

Start from today, please use this Whatsapp group chat to notify the following matters:

Taking medical leave today.
Having medical appointment today.
Is going to see a doctor.
Today not feeling well.
Taking emergency/urgent leave today
Will be late to office.
Will be going to visit or pick-up suppliers/customers/guests.
Buy/deliver something for/from company.
Run personal errand in the morning (taking time-off), etc.

I would say:

I would appreciate it if somebody would help me edit this WhatsApp message.
 
My spell checker told me that one.
Most English spellcheckers should automatically flag it up (and potentially correct it for you). Anyone who uses WhatsApp on a regular basis should already know how to write it.

That's not the point. The original message suggests that the members of that group are being told that posting in that WhatsApp group is the only way to notify someone (presumably management) if any of those situations apply on any given day. I take it to mean "You can't phone in, you can't email us, you can't send a message with another employee - you must use this WhatsApp group for the following situations".
