@navi tasan You've made almost 3,000 posts on this forum. Surely by now you've realised that we require a complete (or at least near-complete sentence) as the title. Using two or three words just doesn't cut it. Titles should be unique.
I don't find any of them particularly natural, although I can't say they're grammatically incorrect. For a start, in BrE at least, we rarely use "shall" in declarative sentences. We tend to reserve it for interrogatives such as "Shall we go to the cinema on Saturday evening?" I'd word your sentences as "The rooms will be decorated however you want/like [them]".

#2 is ungrammatical anyway, as it has an antecedent error with plural 'rooms' and singular 'it'.

I agree with other comments about naturalness and use of 'shall', as well. It's used even less in AmE, where it's pretty much relegated to legalese and perhaps obscure poetry.

As for the 'it' I thought it might refer to the act and not 'the rooms'.

Consider:

My sister massaged my mother as she liked it.

Would you say the 'it' should be omitted there?
