Suggestions 3 and 4 of that list are both specifically for idioms. You said it didn't matter if it was online or an actual book. Why do those suggestions not fit your request?

those last links was good, but your link is a dictionary for finding the expression that you don't know the meaning. I want a refrence in which I can find new idioms and slang in order to improve my English influency .

Well, there's no reason why you can't simply go to the slang website and surf it, finding new words and phrases that you didn't know before and noting the meaning.
