Hi.

I joined an online English-learning group. The host asks question every day. Yesterday she asked one and I was the only one who told the correct answer. Others were a bit surprised how I knew the answer. I actually didn't know but I guessed. So, I said to them "I wasn't sure just guess".

I wonder if it's natural.

That would be understood but is ungrammatical.
Gave the answer, not told the answer.

You could say:

I wasn't sure. I just guessed.

Or:

It was a lucky guess.

Suggestions.

The others were a bit surprised that you knew the answer.

The others were a bit surprised that you knew the answer.

Or (in BrE, at least), "The others were a bit surprised you knew the answer". In that sentence, "that" can be omitted.

That works in American English, too.
