What is correct? For some reason is a much more common version without the indefinite article. Could someone explain to me why? Thank you.

When we drink something we drink

water
tea
coffee
milk
soda
beer
wine
juice

Liquid isn't countable. I might say I drank a cup of coffee. Otherwise, no article is needed.

Which What is correct?
It depends. Some drinks are often referred to with an article.
I'll have a beer. He'll have a Coke.
With juice, it isn't as common but I can think of some contexts where you might hear "a juice".

A juice refers to a glass or can of juice.
Juice refers to the liquid in general.

Welcome to the forum, trahuler.

Always put the phrase you are asking about into a full sentence, please.

How do you want to use ’drink (a) juice’?
