I want to paraphrase the following sentence. It is part of an exercise in a book.
Is that right to write 'through', 'using' or 'from' before a server?
Original: The second is a mail server for sending and receiving emails.

Paraphrase: You can send and receive emails through a server.
Paraphrase: You can send and receive emails using a server.
Paraphrase: You can send and receive emails from a server.
Paraphrase: You can send and receive emails by a server. (I think this one is not right.)

As always, we need to know the title and author of any book you quote from.

What is the full name of the institute? Note that book titles should be italicised.
