Words with a pronunciation pattern similar to 'document'

In BrE, the stress on the verb "fragment" definitely comes on the second syllable. In the nouns "fragment" and "fragmentation", it's on the first.

This is what's specifically being asked:

I think I wasn't clear enough in my question. I'm looking for words that have pairs: a noun with a stress on the first syllable and a verb with also a stress on the first syllable, the difference between them being a single vowel shift
