Is there any difference in meaning of the two following sentences?

1/ It must be taken in to account with care.
2/ It must be carefully taken in to account.

Thanks a lot.

I can't see much of a difference between the two sentences. I will add that "into" is one word, not two.

Thanks, I know that "into" is one word but I can't help writing it wrong
