I need help to convert the sentence into interrogative sentence.

He is secretary to the chancellor.

Whom is he secretary to?
( Is this sentence correct?)

P.S. : It is my own sentence.

Assuming I would ask the question, there's no chance I would use "Whom" there.

What's a more natural way to ask the title question?

(The word "help" is not a count noun.)

I need help to convert the sentence into an interrogative sentence.
Why do you need to change it into the interrogative?

Why do you need to change it into the interrogative?
Because Initially I wanted to ask someone this question. I could not construct this interrogative sentence.

Because initially I wanted to ask someone this question but I could not construct this interrogative sentence didn't know how to construct an interrogative.
