Can we use "while" in the place of "although"?

While I have searched for enough information about this theory, I am still confused.
While he is an English teacher, he himself makes mistakes.
While I have been trying my best to win this game, I am not able to.

Thank you .

1. While I have searched for enough information about this theory, I am still confused.
2. While he is an English teacher, he himself makes mistakes.
3. While I have been trying my best to win this game, I am not able to.

Thank you. Unnecessary.
#1 and #3 (if you had originally helpfully numbered them) are OK. #2 is ambiguous because it could mean what you want it to, or it could mean that he only makes mistakes during the time that he is actively teaching English.
Please don't thank us in advance. Add the "Thanks" icon to any response you find helpful.

I guess, but I can't work up any enthusiasm about it.

For #1 try: "I've been trying to figure it out, but I'm still confused "

For #2 try: "Although he is an English teacher, he still makes mistakes.

For #3 try: "I have been doing my best to win at this game, but I haven't won one yet."

Having searched for information doesn't necessarily mean you found it. You probably mean "Though I have got a lot of information ..."

I didn't use "enough" because if it was enough (adequate), you wouldn't be confused. "Enough" doesn't mean "a lot", which is what your sentence suggests.
