I am ready to join tomorrow. I am ready to join from tomorrow. Which of the above sentences is correct.

Both of them are correct sentences.

For me, they have slightly different meanings. In the first, the speaker is ready to join and will [probably] do so tomorrow. In the second, the speaker is ready to join and, if he/she joins, will do so tomorrow at the earliest but might join at a later date.
