Where using "to" and where nothing?

I dont know where I must using "to" and where nothing. For example: May you send me the game now? or May you send to me the game now? What is correct?

Your first sentence is correct, you can fix the second sentence like this: 'May you send the game to me now?'
 
Another point - in such a sentence you would say "Can you send..." not "May you ...".
