What to say to increase decrease decrease tempratue

3) Please increase AC tempreature( how do we say this when we want to ask the AC tempratire to be increased or decreased..its confusing)
4) Whose place are we meeting at?..is this right

3) Please increase the AC temperature (how do we say this when we want to ask for the AC temperature to be increased or decreased? It's confusing.) It depends whether you want the room to be colder or hotter!
4) Whose place are we meeting at?..is this right? Yes, it's fine.

Note: we "learn to + infinitive".

I learnt to drive.
He wants to learn to ride a bike.
She should learn to swim.
