We have here in Ukraine access just to BBC World News. I can also watch Skynews. That is why I am trying to find something relevant on Youtube.

Thank you. By using various key words and searching tools I have found the following site - https://www.youtube.com/@NovaraMedia/videos which has a lot of video clips discussing specifically British life.

As long as you're aware that that channel is very clearly very left-wing, then go for it. What you'll get, again, is the opinions of a very specific group of members of the public who are all very anti-Conservative. This is pretty obvious from the thumbnails of the videos.
