What are some adjectives to describe something that is always changing?

something that is always changing and never boring?
What this guy told me was that he loves being an artist because the field allows creativity because it's always changing and never boring (he used very nice foreign words to describe this) and I am finding trouble finding words that are equivalent in English, I came up with versatile so far.. I need at least one more!

I can think of mutable, fluid, variable. I'm sure there will be other suggestions.
