#1 just about works, although I'd use "very/extremely" or just "easy". The rest don't work.

That company makes clothing that's too expensive.

If something is too expensive that means you don't buy it. Some clothing is too expensive for some people. It's too expensive in the same way that some cars are too expensive for some people.

If everybody thought a company's products were too expensive that company wouldn't stay in business.
