[Grammar] The birds ___(fly) in the sky

So tell us what the writers are saying. What is the grammatical point that they want to describe? What have you learnt from this section of the book?
The writers basically talked about sentence structure how it works in different tenses and gave examples. It is difficult to me to understand how past, present and future tense interconnected in same discourse or paragraph. As self realization I think I need to read more English materials and practice more english writing.
I am not good at english writing, if you find any error in my writing please correct me.

I didn't mean this is not the right place to ask questions. I meant that your question is not a very helpful one.
Yes I realise what you mean. But my ability to express myself in english make this confusion.
