that allow you time to guess - no "s" after "allow"

Can you please help me with understaning of the following. In youtube - Useful Expression - Live English Lesson, (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rgXKcJqybZY) a young teacher has said at 22:45 "to show an expression that allow you time to guess". Why "s" is missed after the verb "allow" ( to be "allows"). Is this correct usage?

I think that's just a slip of the tongue.

I think she missed saying will.

...that will allow you time ...
