There are some shirts, T shirts or Pants which can be worn inside out and are called as Reversible Shirts or Pants.
However I Have come across a T shirt which can be worn "front side back" manner, it has collar and plane from both front and back sides.....so that it can be worn in that way....so what would it be called, because we already reserve the word reversible for inside out....My suggestion is "Ambidextrous Shirt"....
B b Also I have a rain pant which have no pockets, no zip and only elastic sobit can also be worn as front side back way.....so what would it be called.....Ambipedous Pants......?

The phrase "inside out" suggests to me that the person is wearing it wrong. In other words, the inside is on the outside. There are reversible jackets and, apparently, reversible pants too.
