What is the pronunciation of "i" in "investigate"? Is it "ɪ" or "ə"?
Accent-less "i" becomes schwa ""ə" many times as in possible [[SUP]|[/SUP]pɑ:səbl]
I heard two different sounds motivate[[SUP]|[/SUP]moʊtɪveɪt] and motivate[[SUP]|[/SUP]moʊtəveɪt] as different dictionaries define it.
Does "investigate" have only one sound [ɪn[SUP]|[/SUP]vestɪgeɪt] or is [ɪn[SUP]|[/SUP]vestəgeɪt] also possible?

You pronounce it in either of those ways or anything in between.

Forvo is a great website for listening to how real people pronounce words. Choose English from the dropdown list of languages, then type the word you're looking for into the search box. You will get a link to various pronunciations from people around the world. Ideally, listen to the ones recorded by people speaking in their native language. Here is the link for "investigate". I recommend you ignore the one from the person in UAE - it's wrong.
