The pronunciation of "considerable" in Merriam-Webster: kən-ˈsi-dər(-ə)-bəl

Would you drop the schwa in parenthesis when saying "considerable"?

I wouldn't. Presumably the editors of the dictionary are aware that some people do.

I wonder if they've made a mistake and marked the wrong schwa. Typical BrE pronunciation does not have the one before that one.

I've never heard "considerable" pronounced as "kən-ˈsi-dər-bəl".

That seems like a strange one to omit to me too. We commonly don't pronounce the first "e" so it sounds like "con-sid-ruh-bull" (I don't do phonetics!)
