pronunciation dictionary online

Can any one give me some recommendation about which online pronunciation dictionary that it's have correct and clear pronunciation. Right now I'm using Howjsay, but some of my canadian's friends told me the pronunce is not so correct and clear ? and which good website that I can study English gramma for free ? Please I feel so appreciate to any reply.
