You can't tear down a single unit. If there's a unit upstair, it will fall. If there's a unit downstairs, it will get water damage from rain.

You can gut it. I'm sure that's the word you want. You won't believe it but many people do that here.

And have you looked up stucco and stuccoed yet? Does it fit?
Yes, I have. It fits. Thank you.

See comments above.
Thank you so much!!! You didn't use the expression ''under construction building'' in this sentence: 'Property-owner unfurnished units are offered at lower prices than builder units in an under-construction building.

Building under construction, not under-construction building.

tedmc, ''Individual-owned unfurnished units are offered at lower prices than those direct from the builder in a building under construction''. (This really has to be mentioned)

Individual-owned unfurnished units are offered at lower prices than those direct from the builder in the building under construction

Is the builder selling the apartment units?

Building under construction, not under-construction building.

I googled ''under construction building'' and found ''the tallest under construction buildings'', so I thought I could use it too.

Individual-owned unfurnished units are offered at lower prices than those direct from the builder in the building under construction

Is the builder selling the apartment units?
It's a company.Yes, it is.
