1. An excellent company that provides me many fine experiences. (What does this mean?
2. An excellent company that provided me many fine experiences. (What does this mean?

3. Use all equipment as it was designed to be used. (Does this mean at the time it was designed tobe used?)
4. Use all equipment as it is designed to be used. (What does this mean?)
 
Are they correct? If not, why? What do these mean?

1. I have done everything I need to do.
2. have done everything I needed to do.

1: as it was, in the past, intended to be used.
2: as it is, in the present and in the future, intended to be used.
