Sorrento is a car which I want to buy. It’s made by Kia. It’s a five-seat SUV car. The color is blue and the price is about 35,000,000 won.
It is way too expensive. I’m considering buying a Noblesse type one with full options. The seat color is brown, which I like, and the inside/interior of car is quite wide/spacious. The car has many options, and one of my favorite options is the Sunroof type.

If any of the underlined parts is wrong, please correct it.

Perhaps:

You could also say roomy.

Why doesn't "wide" work"? Does it only mean "width-wide length"?

We don't say wide to mean roomy. (Please don't ask me why that is, because I don't know.)
:)

"Roomy" refers to the entire three-dimensional space. It's probably long, wide and high. Note that "width-wide length" doesn't make any sense. "wide/width" don't refer to length in any way.

Ems is much smarter than me.
