First audio clip. What I think I hear is "You're no angel, you're no ghost... you're a es right?".
Second audio clip. What I think I hear: "-No. - Did you check behind the ____ office?"
Third [might be unintelligible], can't really hear anything here, I just hope some native speaker can lip read this, maybe "get 'em up [...] go back!" if it makes any sense...

Thank you for your help

I note that the same question was asked elsewhere.

Please do not post the same question simultaneously to more than one forum/website. Doing so wastes our valuable time. Instead, post your question to one forum/website and wait for replies. If you're not satisfied with those replies, you can try asking elsewhere, but please indicate in your thread that you've already asked the same question somewhere (provide a link), and outline why you were not satisfied with the answers you received already.

None of the clip I posted here received an answer. What's your point?

You're no angel. You're no ghost. You're an ass, right?

No. Did you check behind the realty office?

Get 'em up and [garbled] Come on!
