Does the host say "my Larry. My talking Elvis what just happened." What is the sense of that context?
 
Like, Larry ... [it's] like talking to Elvis here! What just happened?

You have to take it in the context of the preceding sentences. He gets overly excited at the presence of that particular guest, saying "The crowd goes wild!" as if there's a huge audience applauding (there's no one).
 
Am I talking to Elvis here? What just happened?
