Apologies for confusing the issue. On my rather dark screen, I couldn't see that there was a thumbs-up icon next to the word Like, nor the other icon next to Thanks. I tend to look for words, not icons, so I had never actually noticed them before.

Piscean, yes, I agree that this is getting out of hand. I have made a suggestion in the mod's forum so there might be some progress in due course.

I have uploded the screen shot. When I hit icons that are in the lower part of the screen nothhing happens and I am using chrom on my android. I can use my laptop as well but I can't sit so its hard for me to use it. I hope I have succescully attached the screenshot.0

We've seen the screen shot of what you see on your mobile. Can you just confirm that the view is the same on your laptop? If so, we are now aware that you do not see the Thank or Like buttons.

How did you go to that screen in your post #27, tufguy?
I think that screen shows up when you've clicked on the "Reply" button.

Don't worry, tzfujimino, tufguy has (in another thread) managed to post a screenshot of what we were looking for.

There are far too many threads open with posts about this topic so I'm closing this one now that the moderators/admins have the info needed to work out what to do next.
