Hello.

Can I use "lush" or "leafy" to describe a jungle? I mean is it not a miscollocation since we already know a jungle is lush by nature?

Are these okay?

1. There is a lush jungle near the village.

2. There is a leafy jungle near the village.

You certainly can't use leafy, no.

You don't really need to describe a jungle as lush, either, do you? Why would you do that?

You're confused, Alp. The village is right in the middle of the jungle.
;-)

(Watch out for snakes. ;-) )

I like lush better. Some jungles are more lush than others, but they all have leaves. Otherwise, they wouldn't be jungles.
