Which one is correct?

1- Look at him how he trying to complete that hard task.

2- Look at him. How he trying to complete that hard task.
 
They're both ungrammatical and I'm not really sure what you're trying to say.

If this is meant to be an exclamation of surprise/admiration, you need something like "Wow! Look at him! Look how hard he's trying to complete that difficult task". If it's simply an imperative followed by a fact, you need something like "Look at him. He's trying to complete a hard task".
