"Preferred directions" is fine as a menu option. It's asking the question, "what kind of directions do you want?"

Is it OK to use "preferred directions" in a sentence? (e.g. What is your preferred directions)

Yes, but it should be "what are".

Yes, but it should be "what are".
Are the below sentences correct?

What are your preferred directions?
What is your preferred direction?

I think they are correct, but 'below' should be put after 'sentences' in the first question.

They are grammatically perfect but logically odd. The first question is meaningless. If you ask someone What is your preferred direction? they might give you a funny look and say something like "West is nice." (You asked which compass point they like best.)

You could ask Which way would you prefer to go? This would make sense if you had just mentioned a couple of options.

Would it be less odd to say 'What is your preferred direction in which the bedroom windows face?'

That's very unnatural and I feel we're moving a long way away from the original question (5 pages ago!)

Would it be less odd to say 'What is your preferred direction in which the bedroom windows face?'

No, that's very odd. Ask "which way do you prefer bedroom windows to face?"

The forum software is acting strange this morning.

I know how it feels.
