I'm very punctual with due dates. Can this be said?

I don't find that natural. I would use something like "I always meet deadlines". We usually use "punctual" when we are referring to time, not dates.

What about:

I'm very punctual with appointments.

didn't really help me.

What about:

I'm very punctual with appointments.

Yes, that sounds OK to me.

I agree with Matthew Wai. I find "I'm very punctual with appointments" unnatural (in BrE, at least). "I'm very punctual for appointments" works.

Batman45 - please note that "didn't really help me" was rather discourteous. Someone attempted to help you. Such an abrupt, curt response is not polite.
