In your title and all four sentences you have incorrectly used "then". You need "than". Please use the "Edit" facility to correct all of them.
 
Sorry, I got confused. I haven't been practising for two years now. I have just resumed. I have forgotten a lot of things.
 
Please check my sentences. (Please start putting this at the top of your posts, not after the sentences.)

1) I would rather live in my country than live in some other country. ✅
2) I would rather keep living in my country than going and living in some other country. ❌
3) I would prefer to live in my country than live in some other country. ✅
4) I would prefer living in my country than living in some other country. ❌
To make #2 correct, change "going and living" to "go and live".
I can't make #4 make sense at all so I'd forget about that one if I were you.
 
I would prefer living in my country to living in some other country.
