I want to say a city is enveloped in smog. Are these correct and natural?

1. She looked out the window, at the smog-cloaked city.
2. She looked out the window, at the smog-shrouded city.
3. She looked out the window, at the city cloaked in smog.

They're all possible but I wouldn't use the comma. I'd use "looked out of the window" but that's just my preference.
