Are these two sentences different?

I eat hamburgers three times a day.
I eat a hamburger three times a day.
 
The first suggests that on each of three occasions you eat more than one hamburger.
The second suggests that you eat only one hamburger on each occasion.
 
Nutritionally, they're both nightmarish.

Two of the 4 food groups. All 4 if you add cheese and a tomato.
