[Grammar] I am joining the team next month.

Please tell me what is the difference in these sentences.

Question 1
A- I am joining the team next month. -is it Present tense?
B- I am going to join the team next month. -is it present continuous tense?
C- I will join the team next month. -Is it future tense?

Question 2
A- She needn't have to complete all the work.
B- She didn't have to complete all the work.
Please also tell me the tenses of the sentences in question 2.

**This not some application form. I just found this exercise online and wanted to try it.
 
There is considerable debate about whether English has a future tense. Some people say that will + verb is the future tense, but modern linguistics generally does not agree. To make life simple and not get into arguments, many prefer to talk about going to, will and the present progressive or simple for future time as future forms.
