How to say issue that has already been addressed

Is it correct to say:
"Your issue might have already been addressed in our instructions manual"
 
Is it correct to say:
"Your issue might have already been addressed in our instruction manual."
It is now. Always end every sentence with one appropriate punctuation mark.

I'd say "might already have been addressed", but it wasn't wrong the other way.
