You said "several side effects" and mentioned two of them.

I'm not sure what you mean by "correct" there.
I mean should I mention at three of side effects when I use the word "several?"
 
I mean should I mention AT LEAST THREE SIDE EFFECTS when I use the word "several?"
I guess I was too subtle again. If you say a medicine has side effects you don't have to mention any of them. If you use "many" and mention only two them that's fine, but I also think it more likely to stop at two if "several" is used. Neither is wrong.
