"He asked me if I cheated on my wife. We all have done so, haven't we?"
Is it possible to use "do so" in the example? The sentences are mine.
 
If you were asking if it's possible to use some tense of "do so", then yes. However, your word order is somewhat unnatural. I'd expect "We've all done so, haven't we?" (In reality, in everyday English, I'd expect "We've all done it, haven't we?")

A natural dialogue (in BrE at least) would be:
John: Have you ever cheated on your wife?
Steve: Haven't we all?
 
John: Have you ever cheated on your wife?
Steve: Haven't we all?
There's some funny ambiguity in referring to this as "a natural BrE dialogue". 😅

We would never cheat on our wives. We leave that up to the French.
