Which are correct:

1) Do you have good enough medications?
2) Do you have a good enough computer?
3) Do you have good enough a computer?
4) Does he have good enough judgement?
 
If something is good enough it's OK. It's probably not the best, but it's acceptable.

If your medicine is good enough it does what it's supposed to do.

If you ask me if my computer is good enough then I guess I would say it does what it's supposed to do. (What's #3 in there for?)

What is he going to need to apply that judgement to?
