Is this sentence correct:
1-She felt relieved and a sense of peace.

I don't like it. I think some native speakers use sentences like this, but it seems to me that the sentence has a problem. "Relieved" is an adjective and "a sense of peace" is a noun. It is a bit like saying: She left the room in a wheelchair and in a flood of tears.

I don't like it much either, for the reason you mention. But it's nowhere near as bad as the other example.
How about, "She felt relieved, and a sense of peace came over her."

How about, "She felt relief and a sense of peace".
