Is the English used in Indian btech BTEC courses the same as the English taught in 10th and 12th classes grades in India?
Please note my corrections above. I have made your question grammatically correct but I have no idea what it means. Are you thinking of taking a BTEC in India?

For anyone not familiar with the term, you can read more about BTEC qualifications HERE.

BTech is bachelor of technology. It's a course to study engineering subjects like computer science, mechanical engineering etc.

Thank you for clarifying. Are you asking if someone who has studied English up to 10th/12th grade (I don't know what age that refers to) in India would be able to understand the English used on a BTech course in India? If so, you'll need someone who knows a lot about those courses. I imagine there would be a lot of technical jargon.

I am currently enrolled in a Computer Science (BTech) program in India. Despite completing my entire schooling up until the 12th grade in my native language Gujarati, I can confidently say that it's quite similar. On another note, I have been learning English for almost two years now. So, if you are going to college soon (which seems to be the case here), language should not be a major difficulty.
