employees to being awareness

We work with our employees to being awareness in order to improve patient's safety.


I read it while doing compliance training at work. I have written it as accurate as I could(I mean I am not sure whether everything I have written is exactly the same as I read there) but I am sure about the part I need to know about and that is "to being awareness". What does it mean? I mean I can't understand "being awareness". What kind of formation is it and what is it suppose to mean?

The infinitive followed by " being", a noun, is wrong. It should be a verb, like "create/instill".
